Her Story
Her career began in 2009 as a charge nurse in a long-term care facility, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. In 2013, she transitioned to emergency medicine, serving as an ER nurse for four years and gaining extensive experience in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

In 2017, Yelena advanced her career as a Stroke Nurse Practitioner, a role she continues to hold. She is highly specialized in cerebrovascular care and holds multiple advanced certifications, including SCRN, CNRN, and ANVP, demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based neurological practice.
Driven by a passion for holistic health and patient empowerment, Yelena expanded into wellness and aesthetics. In June 2024, she founded Premier Wellness Hub LLC, offering personalized weight-loss management and IV vitamin therapy.
In February 2025, she launched Skin & Body Wellness LLC, bringing her expertise in aesthetics to the forefront. She is certified in administering lip fillers, Sculptra, Botox, and PRP, providing safe, natural-looking results that enhance confidence and well-being.
